Fraunhofer Chile recognizes the importance and benefits of fostering a responsible corporate culture. Therefore, in order to keep and protect high standards of ethics and compliance, we offer a whistleblower channel called "Ethics in Line" for our employees, partners, suppliers, and the general community.

Through this platform, any action that may involve an infraction, violation, or breach of Law 20.393 and its amendments, or Fraunhofer's internal regulations, can be reported. We value and appreciate the contributions of whistleblowers, as their reports help us take action to prevent or stop the reported misconduct and the harm it may cause.

This channel operates on principles of confidentiality regarding the identity of the individuals involved; objectivity in the investigation process; impartiality in the conclusions drawn from the investigations and in the recommendations of measures; and, most importantly, the principle of non-retaliation against those who, in good faith, report misconduct or cooperate in an internal investigation.

We remind all our employees, partners, and suppliers that they are required to report any violation of our Code of Ethics or current legislation.
